Common questions about shipment tracking

❓ What should I do if my tracking isn't updating?

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to appear after pickup. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 48 hours:

  • Verify you entered the correct tracking number
  • Check if the package was actually picked up (contact sender)
  • Wait 24 hours as updates may be delayed during high volume periods
  • Contact our customer service with your tracking number

❓ How accurate is the estimated delivery date?

Our estimated delivery dates are highly accurate, with 95% of packages arriving on or before the estimated date. However, factors like weather, customs clearance (for international shipments), or incorrect addresses may cause delays. We'll notify you immediately if any issues arise.

❓ Can I change the delivery address after shipment?

Address changes are possible in most cases, but must be requested before the package is out for delivery:

  • Contact us at +91 70219 19903 with your tracking number
  • Address changes may incur additional fees (₹50-₹200)
  • Changes must be within the same city/region
  • Not available for COD or certain restricted shipments

❓ What does "Delivery Attempted" mean?

This means our driver tried to deliver your package but couldn't complete delivery because no one was available to receive it, the address was inaccessible, or business was closed. We'll automatically attempt delivery again the next business day. You can also schedule a redelivery or arrange to pick up from our facility.

❓ My package shows "Delivered" but I didn't receive it. What now?

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  • Check around your property (front/back door, mailbox, with neighbors)
  • Verify the delivery address in tracking details
  • Check if someone else at your location accepted it
  • Review delivery photo if available in tracking details
  • Contact us immediately at +91 70219 19903 to file a claim
